Systems
These systems are equipped with features and options that enhance both productivity and quality and include bar feeding, pallet loading, live tooling, three and four axis of cutting. Our lathes are equipped with three and four jaw chucks as well as an advanced six jaw compensating chuck. Workpieces can range in size from 0.375” to 13” in diameter, 16” in length and width, all of which can be machined to tolerances as close as ±.0002”. We also design and fabricate tooling and fixturing in-house, as well as provide reverse engineering.
