Cutting Edge Machining
We operate a large facility that is equipped with a number of cutting edge machining systems that are geared for the dimensional specifications commonly found in bearing designs. Our equipment can machine workpieces from .375” up to 13” in diameter, 16” by length and width, all to tolerances of ±.0002”. All work is produced under the strictest quality guidelines, which is driven by our ISO 9001:2015 registration (registration by Perry Johnson Registrar, Inc.) and ITAR registration.
We are uniquely positioned to provide maximum value for quantities that range from prototypes to low volume production, we can also accommodate blanket orders, and offer rush or emergency turnover.
